An extension of our core personal training service, our strength and conditioning program begins with a comprehensive consultation and physical assessment. This consultation enables us to see where you are at, what your goals are and which training methods we need to focus on.
What does a strength and conditioning program involve? It could be anything, which is what makes it exciting! Plyometrics training, sprinting, intense core conditioning, olympic lifting, variety of squats and much more.
