Pre + Post Natal
Whether you are newly pregnant or six months postpartum, we can work with you to create a customized personal training plan that will maintain your existing fitness levels and keep you comfortable during your pregnancy and/or after baby arrives. All of our routines, whether pre or postnatal, include aerobic activity, strengthening exercises, and easy warm up and cool down stretches.
Our pre and postnatal programs focuses on:
- Appropriate weight gain or weight loss
- Strengthening pelvic floor and deep core muscle
- Pelvic floor and deep core muscle recruitment
- A stronger mind-body connection + breathing techniques
- Increased postpartum recovery
- Minimizing the risk of postpartum depression
