Pre + Post Natal
Whether you are newly pregnant or several months postpartum, we work with you to create a customized personal training plan that maintains your existing fitness levels and keeps you comfortable during your pregnancy and/or after baby arrives.
All of our routines, whether pre or postnatal, include aerobic activity, strengthening exercises and easy warm up and cool down stretches.
Our pre and postnatal programs focus on:
- Appropriate weight gain or weight loss
- Strengthening pelvic floor and deep core muscle
- Pelvic floor and deep core muscle recruitment
- A stronger mind-body connection + breathing techniques
- Optimized postpartum recovery
- Minimizing the risk of postpartum depression
And most importantly, exercise provides you with some much needed self care!
