Active Aging
A large number of our fitness clients are between the ages of 55 and 85. We recognize that the goals of our older clients can differ from the goals of someone in their twenties. We also understand the key health issues older adults face, such as maintaining balance, healthy bone density, a healthy body weight and high degrees of mobility as the body evolves over time.
