Often, we create an exercise plan to tone specific parts of the body in addition to overall body toning. Some common examples of spot-specific toning include targeting the abs, glutes, or triceps.
For Weight Loss, we focus mostly on cardio-based training. We provide varied cardio workout plans involving circuit training, combining several different exercises in a simple routine that keeps the heart rate up.
