Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning method designed to increase strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness.

By incorporating the key principles of Pilates (correct postural alignment, breathing practice, centering and engaging the core, concentration and precision of controlled movement and increased flexibility) and blending them with muscle dynamics, your posture will change and you will move more efficiently. You’ll achieve a strong core, develop longer, leaner muscles and improve your overall sense of well-being!

At our studio, we are proud to offer reformer Pilates as part of our personal training program. There is no additional costs for reformer sessions and they could be booked with our regular personal training packages. They just have to be booked with our trainers who are specifically certified in teaching Reformer Pilates.
